Gendarmerie Sergeant Ufuk Görün, who died of a heart attack in Düzce, was laid to rest with a military ceremony.
Gendarmerie Sergeant Gökhan Görün, 32, who had come to Düzce from his hometown of Malatya due to his mother’s illness and was serving at the İstiklal Gendarmerie Station Command in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone, died of a heart attack. A funeral ceremony was held for Görün at the Düzce Martyrs’ Mosque. Governor Mehmet Makas, protocol members, and his colleagues from the Gendarmerie Command attended the ceremony. Following the funeral prayer, Görün’s body was laid to rest.
