Terrible Accident on the Highway The car got stuck in the direction sign
A terrible accident occurred at the Kocaeli crossing of the TEM Highway. Traffic was disrupted for a while in the direction of Istanbul due to the out-of-control car hitting a direction sign.
Transportation was disrupted due to the car hitting a direction sign in the Kocaeli section of the Anatolian Highway.
The car with plate number 34 ADC 689, whose driver’s name has not yet been determined, was traveling on the highway in the direction of Istanbul, Körfez district, and went out of control in the Hacı Akif District location and crashed into the direction sign on the side of the road.
Upon notice, health, fire brigade and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region. The driver, who was injured in the accident, was taken to the hospital after the first aid of the medical teams.
Due to the accident, transportation in the direction of Istanbul was controlled for a while and returned to normal after the vehicle was towed.
